This Order declares that a programmable dry mortar mixing plant (Tariff Heading 8479.89.90) is to be treated under item 50 of Part III, Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, altering its tariff treatment for customs purposes. It took effect on 29 August 2011 and continues until revoked.

It affects importers, customs brokers and sellers who must match imports to the detailed goods description to claim the Schedule 4 treatment; a CEO delegate made the decision under s.269P, and revocation routes (ss.269SC/269SD) create administrative discretion and compliance obligations.
