This Tariff Concession Order, made under section 269P of the Customs Act 1901 by a delegate of the CEO, declares that “ADHESIVES, pressure sensitive, hot melt” (tariff classification 3506.91.00) are goods to which Part III of Schedule 4, item 50, of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. It takes effect from 21 April 2011 and continues until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD (or a specified date).
The instrument changes customs treatment for importers and the customs administration by attaching Schedule 4 item 50 to the listed goods; the actual consequences depend on the terms of that Schedule (not reproduced here).
