This Order declares that the goods described in the Table — a "helicopter rear blade producing system" (tariff classification 8477.40.00) — are goods to which an item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 06.04.11. It therefore changes which Schedule 4 treatment applies to those identified goods; importers and manufacturers of that system are the parties directly affected, and decisions and revocation power sit with officials under section 269P and sections 269SC/269SD of the Customs Act 1901.
