TCO 1108472 declares that "parts, welder, being wearing jaws" classified at 8515.90.00 are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 8 March 2011. It was made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 by a delegate (David Mulcair).
Mechanically, the Order lets importers treat those parts under the Schedule 4 concession (altering their tariff treatment), so importers gain the concession while the Commonwealth forgoes the related tariff; the Order continues until revoked under ss.269SC or 269SD.
