This Tariff Concession Order applies Item 50 of Part III of Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 to goods classified at tariff heading 8413.91.10 described as "parts, oil field pump, being pump jacks," changing how customs duty is applied to those imported parts. It took effect 21 January 2011 and remains in force until revoked.
Made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer, the Order primarily affects importers of pump-jack parts and Customs administration: importers must rely on the stated tariff classification to claim the concession.
