This Tariff Concession Order declares that programmable, electric resistance-heated burners used to melt and fuse mineral samples are covered by item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, under s269P of the Customs Act 1901. It operates from 25 November 2010 until revoked. It applies a Schedule 4 concession to those burners, which typically reduces or removes tariff liability for importers of the specified goods (s269P, Customs Act 1901). The delegate of the Chief Executive Officer administers and may revoke the Order under ss269SC–269SD.
