Tariff Concession Order 1051631: This Order (made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901) declares that goods described as "LOCKS, DOOR, anti-ligature, incorporating a pull handle" (tariff classification 8301.40.00) are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 23 Nov 2010. The delegate of the CEO (Michael Perry) made the Order; it remains in force until revoked under ss.269SC or 269SD or until any expiry date in Column 2, so it changes which Schedule 4 treatment importers of those locks receive and vests administrative discretion in the delegate (s.269P; Table).
