Tariff Concession Order 1051310 declares that goods classified at tariff heading 7326.20.00 — “containers and retaining wall blocks, protective, consisting of welded wire mesh and liner” — are covered by item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995. It operates from 17 Nov 2010 until revoked under ss 269SC/269SD of the Customs Act 1901 and was made under s269P by a delegate of the CEO.
Importers of these goods can claim the Schedule 4 concession (altering duty payable); the Commonwealth forgoes corresponding duty. Importers must correctly classify and document shipments to rely on the concession.
