This Tariff Concession Order (TCO 1020869) declares that ‘subsea control modules, oil and gas production, weight not less than 1,500 kg’ (tariff classification 8479.89.90) are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 07.05.2010. Made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 by a CEO delegate, it stays in force until revoked. Mechanically, importers of matching goods get the Schedule 4 tariff treatment; the delegate determines eligibility and importers must meet the description and classification to claim it.
