This Tariff Concession Order treats a specific polyethylene film (3‑layer co‑extruded, UV‑stabilised, 4–13 m wide, 100–250 μm thick) as covered by Item 50 in Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 from 23 March 2010 until revoked. Mechanically, it alters the import tariff classification (a decision recorded by a delegate under s.269P), so importers of qualifying film can claim the Schedule 4 treatment. Importers must ensure the product meets the listed width, thickness, layering and UV criteria; revocation is possible under ss.269SC–269SD.
