This Tariff Concession Order (TCO 1005695) declares that goods classified at tariff heading 4202.12.10 — ‘art carriers’ up to 65 mm thick (portfolios, bags, carry cases, satchels, sleeves) — are goods to which item 50 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 2 Feb 2010. It affects importers of those goods by making them eligible for the tariff treatment in that Schedule item.
