This Tariff Concession Order declares that certain lifeboats (totally enclosed motor propelled survival craft) classified under tariff code 8906.90.10 are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 23 December 2009. The declaration was made by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer under section 269P of the Customs Act 1901 and remains in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD. Importers of the listed lifeboats are the parties directly affected and can rely on Schedule 4 item 50 when importing these goods.
