This Tariff Concession Order declares that rubber non‑slip mats (tariff heading 4016.10.00) are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 28 October 2009 until revoked. It changes the customs tariff treatment of those imported mats by applying the specified Schedule 4 item, so importers of these mats and customs administrators must treat those goods according to that Schedule 4 item.
