Mechanically, this Tariff Concession Order declares that a specified water‑pumping plant and its associated components are subject to item 50 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 from 17 September 2009 until revoked. It primarily affects importers of those goods, customs officers and suppliers: importers may claim whatever concession item 50 provides, the delegate of the CEO (Wendy Knowles) authorised the order, and compliance requires correct tariff classification and supporting documentation.
