Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Order declares that goods classified at tariff heading 7326.90.90 — described as “ANCHORS, MARINE FENDER” — are covered by Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, effective from 14 July 2009 until revoked (see s.269P; revocation under ss.269SC–269SD). The decision was made by a delegate of the CEO (Wendy Knowles). Practically, it changes the customs tariff treatment importers must use for these goods and creates ongoing revocation risk they must monitor.
