This Order, signed by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer under section 269P of the Customs Act 1901, declares that goods described as “HOUSEHOLD TOOLS, being zesters” (tariff classification 8205.51.00) are covered by item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, effective 8 July 2009. It remains in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD. It changes the tariff treatment for that specific classified good and therefore affects importers and customs administration.
