This Order, under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901, declares adjustable wall-or-ceiling speaker mountings (tariff 8302.50.00) are covered by item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995. It took effect 2 July 2009 and continues until revoked (ss.269SC/269SD) or expiry.

Importers of those mountings can rely on Schedule 4 coverage; the instrument was issued by a delegate of the CEO (Wendy Knowles). The Order assigns Schedule 4 status but does not itself set tariff rates.
