Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This Order designates specific mobile HDPE garbage bins (injection‑moulded, AS 4123, 660–700 L, with wheels and hinged lids) as goods to which Part III, Schedule 4 item 50 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. It took effect 25 June 2009 under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 and is revocable under ss.269SC/269SD.

Practically, importers of those exact bins can claim the Schedule 4 tariff concession (reducing customs duty); the delegate issued the decision and qualification depends on meeting the listed specifications.
