This Order declares that specific parts for aluminium potline cell‑tending assemblies (a detailed list of sub‑assemblies) are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 19 June 2009. It changes the tariff treatment applied to those imported parts, so importers and customs officials must treat them under the Schedule 4 item until the Order is revoked.
