What this Order does: Under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901, the Order declares that, from 03.04.09, specific goods — flat‑packed paperboard cartons with lock‑in tabs and a clear plastic window (tariff classification 4819.20.00) — are goods to which Part III Item 50 of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. This changes the customs tariff treatment that importers of those cartons receive and remains effective until revoked under ss.269SC/269SD or an expiry in Column 2.
