Mechanically, this Tariff Concession Order declares that ventilated polypropylene shoe storage boxes (classification 3924.90.00) are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 14 January 2009 until revoked. It affects importers of those boxes and customs administrators by changing which schedule item governs their tariff treatment. The declaration is made by a delegate of the CEO under section 269P and may be revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD.
