This Order applies a Schedule 4 customs tariff concession to a specific imported good: depalletisers for glass bottles (tariff classification 8428.90.00). Made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 (delegate Paul Mercer), it took effect 22 Aug 2008 and remains in force until revoked under ss.269SC or 269SD. Practically, importers of the listed machine can claim the Schedule 4 concession; the instrument does not itself state rates and relies on the Customs Tariff Act for fiscal effect.
