This Order (effective 14 July 2008) declares that a specific herbicide/growth regulator described as having a basis of "trinexapacOp" (tariff classification 3808.93.00) is a good to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. The declaration was made by a delegate under section 269P and remains in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD or any date specified in the Table.
