This Order declares that goods classified at tariff heading 3808.91.90 — insecticides having a basis of chlorantraniliprole — are goods to which Item 50 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 11 July 2008 (made under s.269P).
