This Tariff Concession Order declares laminated paperboard or laminated cardboard serving trays (Tariff code 4823.69.00) eligible for item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, allowing importers to claim the Schedule 4 concession. It took effect on 8 July 2008 and remains in force until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Customs Act 1901.
