This Tariff Concession Order declares that certain truck‑mounted, hydraulic elevating platforms (4x4 drive; elevated height capacity not greater than 29 metres; horizontal outreach not greater than 19.5 metres) are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. The declaration, made by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer, took effect on 5 June 2008. Mechanically, the Order changes the tariff treatment of imports meeting that description by linking them to Schedule 4 item 50; importers will therefore be treated under that Schedule item and the Order may be revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD.
