This order, made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901, applies Part III item 50 of Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 to a narrowly defined import: high‑viscosity, unfilled polyamide 6 resin meeting specified extractables, density and viscosity limits. It takes effect 17 January 2008 and remains until revoked under ss.269SC/269SD. Practically, importers of that specific resin can rely on the Schedule 4 concession for those goods, subject to meeting the listed product specifications.
