This Order declares that certain printed balls (depicting fictional or cartoon characters and/or action figures) with a circumference no greater than 121 cm are eligible for the tariff concession item listed in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, changing their customs duty treatment for imports. It commenced 19 November 2007 and remains in force until revoked.
