This Tariff Concession Order (TCO 0716485) applies item 50 of Part III of Schedule 4 to goods classified at tariff code 8479.89.90 described as “washing machines, trolleys and/or carts, food and/or catering”, effective 6 Sept 2007 until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD. Mechanically, it changes the tariff treatment on import for those goods and thus affects importers’ duty liability.
