Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Tariff Concession Order applies item 50 of Part III, Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 to a narrowly defined styrenic copolymer resin (specific percentage ranges of components) imported under tariff heading 3903.20.00, effective 15 August 2007 until revoked under the Act. Mechanically, it permits eligible importers to claim the Schedule 4 concession for that resin. It affects importers and downstream manufacturers who must show the resin matches the exact composition to receive the concession; the authorising decision was made by a delegate under s.269P.
