This Order (Tariff Concession Order 0710499) declares that “novelty, replica tennis balls” with a diameter of at least 12 cm are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 5 July 2007 until revoked.
Mechanically, importers and customs handlers must classify those goods under that Schedule item for customs processing. The declaration was made by a delegate of the CEO under section 269P of the Customs Act 1901 and may be revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD.
