This Tariff Concession Order, made under s269P of the Customs Act 1901, declares that a narrowly described man‑made belting fabric (Tariff 5911.90.10: stainless steel seams; weight ≥650 g/m²; thickness ≥0.85 mm) is a good to which Part III of Schedule 4, item 50 applies. It took effect 7 June 2007 and continues until revoked. Mechanically, importers of that precise fabric may receive the Schedule 4 concession (reducing or removing customs duty); the decision was made by the CEO’s delegate (Wendy Knowles).
