This Order declares that a specific line of beverage-mixing, filling and sealing machinery (including syrup dosers, mixers, brix density sensors, carbonation injectors, fillers and seamers) is to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 3 July 2007 until revoked. Mechanically, it changes how those imported machines are treated under the tariff schedule and therefore affects importers of that equipment; the decision was made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 by a delegate.
