Declares that, from 13 April 2007, specific oil-and-gas reservoir drainage equipment—namely well screens and inflow controllers classified at tariff heading 8421.29.00—are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies (s.269P). Practically, importers of these components receive the tariff concession set by that Schedule item; the concession can be revoked administratively under ss.269SC–269SD.
