This Order declares that imported insecticides 'having a basis of fenamiphos' (classified 3808.91.90) are goods to which the item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 (Item 50) applies. It took effect 10 April 2007 and continues until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Customs Act 1901. The measure affects importers of fenamiphos-based insecticides by enabling them to rely on the Schedule 4 concession if their goods meet the stated classification; it was made by a CEO delegate under s269P.
