This Order (made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901) declares that specific blower parts — covers, blower tubes and housings — classified at tariff heading 8467.99.10 are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies (operative 21.12.06). Mechanically, it changes the tariff treatment importers can claim for those parts; the declaration was made by a delegate (s.269P) and continues until revoked (ss.269SC/269SD).
