Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

This order (made under s269P of the Customs Act 1901) declares specific flanged centrifugal pump parts — either impellers or casing covers classified at 8413.91.90 — to be goods to which Part III, Schedule 4, item 50 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies (effective 15.12.06). Practically, importers of those named parts can claim the Schedule 4 treatment specified by item 50; the decision was made by a CEO delegate (Michael Perry) and the order remains until revoked under ss269SC/269SD.
