This Tariff Concession Order declares that motor-vehicle window sunshades (tariff classification 8708.99.99) are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. Made under section 269P by a delegate of the Chief Executive Officer (Wendy Knowles), it takes effect from 16 November 2006 and continues until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD or until any date shown in the order. It therefore affects importers and customs administration by changing which Schedule 4 item governs these goods.
