This Tariff Concession Order treats specified parts for “vibrators, defatting” (e.g. crumb vibrators, collecting trays, traps, shaker straps, shims) classified at 8438.90.90 as subject to the Schedule 4 concession (Item 50), effective 21 Aug 2006 until revoked under sections 269SC/269SD of the Customs Act 1901 (made under s.269P).
It affects importers (who pay customs duties) by changing tariff treatment; a CEO delegate (Michael Perry) declared it. Importers must claim the concession and keep accurate classification and documentation; customs’ discretion and compliance burden fall on importers.
