Tariff Concession Order 0608561 declares that 'heads, scouring, incorporating a mounting plate for attaching to a plastic handle' (customs classification 6307.90.40) are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. It takes effect from 17 May 2006 and continues until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD of the Customs Act 1901 (made under s.269P). This changes the tariff treatment of those imported goods and therefore affects importers and customs administration.
