This Tariff Concession Order declares that pumps classified at 8413.81.10 with a displacement capacity of not less than 593 cubic metres per hour are goods to which item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 11 April 2006. The Order is made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901 and remains in force until revoked under ss.269SC/269SD or a date shown in the table.
It affects importers of these pumps and customs officials by changing the tariff treatment and attendant compliance obligations, so import costs and administrative duties for those goods may change.
