Declares that X‑ray thickness‑gauge cables (tariff classification 8544.60.90) with connectors and a minimum length of 20 metres are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 of the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies, effective 07.04.06 until revoked (ss.269P, 269SC, 269SD). The delegate of the CEO made the order. Importers of those cables are affected because the Schedule 4 item determines their customs duty treatment and the administrative process for claiming the concession.
