This Order declares that certain bandsaw blading imported in coils is covered by item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, with effect from 25 January 2006 until revoked under sections 269SC or 269SD. It applies only to blades meeting the stated physical specifications (width 1.5–80 mm; not welded or braced; and with hardened tooth/edge, welded edge, or grit edge) and therefore changes the tariff treatment for importers of those specific goods.
