This Tariff Concession Order, made under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901, declares that "SLEEVES, T-BAR, pile fabric" (classification 6307.90.99) are goods to which Item 50 in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 applies. The declaration took effect 23 December 2005 and continues until revoked under ss.269SC or 269SD or until any date specified in the Table.
Practically, importers of those sleeves must use the listed tariff classification and will receive the tariff treatment set out in Schedule 4 Item 50; the instrument was signed by a delegate of the CEO (Wendy Knowles).
