This Tariff Concession Order (under s.269P of the Customs Act 1901) declares that dry-ice blasters with ice-tank capacity of 50 kg or less (classified 8424.30.90) are subject to Item 50 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, effective 8 June 2005. A delegate of the CEO made and dated the order; it remains in force until revoked under ss.269SC or 269SD. Importers of these machines can claim the Schedule 4 concession on import; the agency controls eligibility and may revoke the concession, requiring correct tariff classification and import documentation.
