Plain English Summary

3/10 complexity

This Order designates stainless‑steel square billets or blooms (forged, ground, size 50, section 75–500 mm) as goods covered by the tariff concession item in Part III of Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, effective 29 Nov 2004. It affects importers and customs agents by changing the tariff classification and duties applied to these specific imports until the concession is revoked; that alters import costs and the compliance obligations for those goods.
