New South Wales act
This Act authorises the Tamworth City Council to survey a specified parcel (Lot 10 DP 786997) and, once the Director‑General publishes the surveyed boundaries in the Gazette, to build and operate a tourist information centre and a coach/bus interchange on that land (ss 3–4; Schedule 1).
Council initiates and carries out the survey and works (s3(1), s4); the Director‑General’s satisfaction and Gazette notice are prerequisites for the land to be treated as the surveyed land (s3(2)).
