In the event of the closing of ,my mine, or part of a mine, the explosives stored therein shall be removed, and shfl11 be disposed of as directed by the Inspector. 11. '1'he storage of explosives genel'fllly in the mine shall be under the direction of the Inspector, who shall at' any time have access to, flnd right of inspection of, any magazine or receptacle in connection with the mine. 12.
