10 Driving and parking vehicles

For the Act, section 89(1)(a), person must not do the following in a controlled area—

(a) drive or ride a vehicle,

(b) be a passenger in a vehicle that another person drives or rides,

(c) park or leave a vehicle.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for a corporation—200 penalty units, or

(b) otherwise—100 penalty units.
