#### 96 Provisions relating to certain staff 96 Provisions relating to certain staff > > (1) Pursuant to clause 1 of Schedule 4 to the [State Owned Corporations Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-134), it is declared that the Water Board is an authority to which that Schedule applies. > > > (2) Unbroken service with the Corporation that is continuous with service with the Water Board is to be taken into account in accordance with Schedule 3A to the [Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2002-043), both during and after service with the Corporation. > > > (3) Schedule 3A to the [Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2002-043) does not otherwise apply to members of the staff of the Corporation. > > **s 96:** Am 2005 No 85, Sch 2.7 \[1\] \[2\].
